Bee Talent Solutions in Santa Monica is seeking an experienced Business Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of business roles. You will manage sourcing, screening, and offers to help build a high-performing team.

You will partner with internal recruiters, build strong networks of senior business and creative talent, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience while managing competing priorities with urgency.
