The ideal candidate will handle screenings, interviews, and onboarding, while maintaining compliance with employment laws and building talent pipelines with local schools and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Understanding of recruiting best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Experience using ATS, HRIS, and recruiting software.
• Knowledge of employment laws, onboarding procedures, and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and retention.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Maintain candidate pipelines utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting databases.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment plans.
• Prepare employment documentation and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
