Job summary

Socket.dev in Addison, IL is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP within the Finance Department.

Experience with Concur, Infor CSD, Conexiom and Excel preferred; on-site role with a steady schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
• Knowledge of Infor CSD, Concur Travel & Expense, and Conexiom.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintains confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices using Conexiom and ensure transfer to ERP (Infor-CSD).
• Enter vouchers into the ERP using a 3-way match.
• Code and enter vendor credits and expense invoices with proper GL coding.
• Process vendor payments on agreed terms.
• Manage Concur expense program (setup and batch processing).
• Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to clear PO issues.
• Communicate vendor payment remittances.
• Assist in new vendor setup (W-9, COI).
• Maintain Excel schedules/reports for Finance.
