Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle accounts payable including coding, entering, and payment processing.
• Verify invoices against POs, receiving docs, and supporting records.
• Maintain vendor records and reconcile statements.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Review timekeeping records and manage payroll deductions.
• Support payroll tax reporting and W-2 processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Provide admin and accounting support as needed.
