Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality.
• Experience with accounts payable processes and GAAP.
• Familiarity with Concur or similar AP systems.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle accounts payable for all vendors and ensure timely payments.
• Code and process invoices in Concur with proper approvals.
• Verify invoices against POs, contracts and receiving docs.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries promptly.
• Process payments and manage stop-payments and wire transfers.
