Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle phone-based outbound sales in SMB, selling marketing, software, or services.
• Comfort with the fast-paced growth of a startup environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new sales opportunities through sourced leads, cold calls, and emails.
• Identify customer needs and highlight RealWork Labs’ solutions.
• Overcome objections in a transactional sales cycle and close demos.
• Manage pre-sourced leads and set/close product demonstrations.
• Participate in daily sales meetings to share strategies and learn from others.
