Job summary

EDGE Software, part of Beacon Software’s portfolio, seeks a full-cycle Account Executive to drive new-business growth across precast manufacturers and engineering firms. You’ll own the pipeline end-to-end, from discovery to closing, reporting to the CEO while expanding EDGE’s GTM footprint.

You’ll build your own pipeline, run discovery, deliver compelling demos, and close net-new customers. The role blends remote/hybrid work with potential onsite options in the USA.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales with quota.
• Self-sourced pipeline through outbound, not just inbound or SDR‑fed leads.
• Consultative, change‑oriented selling across multi‑stakeholder, mid‑market deals.
• Strong communication on discovery calls and demos, written clarity for executives.
• Genuine customer focus and ability to articulate value to technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain ICP target accounts across precast manufacturers and structural engineering firms.
• Qualify opportunities with budget, authority and timing checks; advance deals.
• Lead discovery and deliver demos, collaborating with a Solutions Consultant on complex deals.
• Build proposals, conduct closing conversations, keep CRM pipeline accurate, ensure smooth onboarding.
