Job summary

Rigle, a global ecommerce accelerator, seeks an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to own all day-to-day accounting, payroll, and financial records across multiple brands. You will manage onboarding, bi-weekly payroll, AP controls, and month-end close with strict confidentiality and accuracy.

This on-site, full-time role requires meticulous attention to detail, ownership mindset, and the ability to implement robust SOPs and workflows in tools like Asana and Notion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping or ecommerce accounting.
• Experience with multi-entity ledger management and payroll compliance.
• Strong understanding of 3-way matching and AP controls.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new team members with tax, compliance, and direct deposit docs.
• Set up and process bi-weekly payroll across platforms (e.g., NetSuite).
• Maintain confidential payroll data and respond to inquiries.
• Perform 3-Way Matching with POs, receipts, and invoices.
• Stage outgoing vendor payments for executive review and payment.
• Conduct daily bank feed matching and month-end reconciliations.
• Produce monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Monitor cash flow and coordinate with procurement for inventory payments.
