Catch Creation, LLC is a US-based, fully remote ecommerce company seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial records and support accurate reporting across multiple sales channels. You will handle accounts payable/receivable, reconcile bank and payment processor accounts (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Amazon), track sales, refunds, fees, inventory, and prepare monthly reports.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years in ecommerce bookkeeping and proficiency with QuickBooks Online or

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records for ecommerce operations
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment processor accounts
• Track sales, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and taxes
• Record and reconcile inventory-related transactions
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Assist with sales tax/VAT reporting and compliance
• Support payroll processing and expense tracking
• Collaborate with management and CPA for month-end and year-end close

We are a fast-growing Ecommerce company based in the US looking for a detail-oriented and reliableBookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records and support accurate reporting across multiple sales channels.

What You'll Do

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment processor accounts (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Amazon, etc.)

Track sales, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and taxes

Record and reconcile inventory-related transactions

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper for Ecommerce businesses

Tools & Systems

QuickBooks Online / Xero

Qualifications

2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (Ecommerce preferred)

Bookkeeping certification or accounting coursework is a plus

Experience working with US-based companies preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills
