ITAC Solutions, LLC is hiring a Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager in Birmingham, AL, onsite. You’ll own full-cycle bookkeeping and oversee daily office operations, collaborating with leadership to ensure accurate financial records and smooth functioning of the small business.

The role requires 5+ years of full-cycle accounting, experience with cash, checks, and card payments, and proficiency with accounting software. A related degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full cycle accounting experience.
• Office management or administrative leadership experience.
• Experience processing cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset records and prepare monthly state sales tax reports.
• Reconcile daily point-of-sale transactions and audit invoices for accuracy.
• Prepare month-end invoicing, A/R, and A/P documentation before the first of each month.
• Coordinate with external accountants on tax filings and financial statements.
• Oversee office operations, vendor relationships, office supplies, and inventory.
• Maintain office procedures and provide administrative support to leadership.
