Qualifications

• Relevant bookkeeping/accounting experience with basic payroll processing.
• Experience handling client billing and accounts payable end-to-end.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and CBiz or comparable systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage bi-weekly client billing, uploading hours for 80+ consultants from CBiz into QuickBooks.
• Process accounts payable including invoice entry, payments, and vendor maintenance.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for ~8 internal employees (salary, bonuses, commissions).
• Process bi-weekly payments for 1099 consultants with proper documentation.
• Review consultant timesheets and ensure accuracy.
