Responsibilities

• Handling general accounting tasks such as journal entry prep, posting, and reconciliations.
• Preparing monthly Excel spreadsheets and trend reports.
• Generating and distributing financial statements.
• Entering invoices and responding to inquiries from vendors and team members.
• Performing daily statistical reporting and document scanning.
• Collaborating across departments in a small, tight-knit team.
• Month end close.
