Belfint,-Lyons- seeks a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients from our Wilmington, Delaware headquarters. The role involves GL maintenance, month-end close, and bank reconciliations, with on-site client visits as needed.

You will guide AR/AP and payroll workflows, leveraging QuickBooks, Excel, and Power BI to deliver accurate financial insights. Public accounting exposure is a plus, and strong client communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients or a company managing it end-to-end.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong tech aptitude with QuickBooks, Excel, and data tools.
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and analytical.
• Excellent communication with clients and ability to explain financials simply.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients, including GL maintenance and month-end close.
• Oversee AR/AP and Payroll processes, guiding and reviewing workflow rather than performing payroll themselves.
• Utilize QuickBooks, Excel (formulas, pivot tables), and Power BI for reporting.
• Interact with clients to explain financials in a clear, non-accounting way.
• Occasionally visit client sites and work on-site as required.
