RENOVATION GENERAL CONTRACTOR LOS ANGELES is seeking an accounting professional for a flexible FULL OR PART TIME role in Santa Monica. The candidate should have an accounting degree or certifications and be willing to drive to Santa Monica.

The position emphasizes accuracy, problem-solving, and proactive financial health monitoring for projects, with proficiency in QuickBooks, Procore, Excel, and a solid GAAP background.

Qualifications

• Must have an Accounting Degree or Certifications
• 5+ years of experience with QuickBooks
• Solid knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
• Strong Excel proficiency
• Experience working for a General Contractor is a plus
• Experience creating, formulating, and troubleshooting a Schedule of Values
• Experience producing accurate financial reports for owners
• Pay-Applications experience is a plus
• Experience with construction management software
• Familiarity with Timberline/Sage 100 CRE is a plus

You have:

• Must have an Accounting Degree or Certifications
• Experience of 5-years working with QuickBooks
• Well versed in GAAP accounting principles
• Strong Experience using Excel
• Experience working for a General Contractor a huge Plus
• Experience creating, formulating, and troubleshooting a Schedule of Values
• Experience creating and customizing financial reports for owner in an accurate and timely manner.
• Experience with Pay-Applications a plus
• Experience working with construction management software
• Experience with AIA Contracts - G701, G702, and G703 Documents & Procedures
• Experience working with Timberline/Sage 100 CRE - a Huge Plus
