You will oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations using QuickBooks Desktop and Field Edge, while ensuring accurate daily transactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and tax filings.
• Experience in construction/HVAC industry preferred.
• Background check and drug test after conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for the company.
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll processing, GL entries, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely tax filings and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare deposits and process various forms of payments.
• Generate monthly financial statements and assist budgeting.
