As their business continues to grow, they are seeking a dedicated Full-Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of their day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated accounting professional with strong experience in managing the full accounting cycle, including preparing financial statements, general ledger management, and financial reporting. This role is fully on-site and offers a stable, long-term opportunity to contribute to a successful and well-respected business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process payroll and manage payroll-related filings
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Assist with budgeting and year-end close
• Liaise with external accountants during audits and tax preparation

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
