Flavin, Nooney & Person, the Space Coast's premiere CPA Wealth Advisory firm, is looking for a Client Accounting Services Specialist.

As a CAS specialist on our cloud accounting team, you will act as a full charge bookkeeper for business clients and non-profit organizations.

CAS specialists make a real difference in the lives of our clients. By taking away the hassle of keeping the books, our CAS team helps clients focus on their financial goals.

Specialists also assist with the preparation of Federal, State, and Local tax returns.

As a public accounting firm, we expect our team to adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.

Because you will be responsible for managing a number of client engagements, the ability to prioritize, deliver on time, and stay within budget is essential.

We value deep relationships with our clients. We build relationships by doing quality work and being attentive to the individual needs of each client.

Five years of bookkeeping experience is required, and ten or more would be ideal. An accounting degree may substitute for some of the required experience.

Proficiency in at least one accounting software package is necessary for this role. We use a wide variety of accounting software for our engagements, including Accounting CS, Quickbooks, Sage, and others.

You must be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel.

Candidates with experience in Homeowners' Associations (HOA) and Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRA) are of particular interest to us.

Some experience in public accounting is preferred, but not required.

A positive attitude and exceptional communication skills are must-haves at our firm.
