Job summary

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable/accounts receivable
• Every other week payroll for at least 80 employees
• Handle invoicing for all customers and real-estate tenants
• Handle insurance audits and any issues
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform some administrative duties
• Perform some HR duties

Qualifications

• Some experience in construction and real-estate. This is not a must but will be helpful.
• Previous experience in accounting, finance. At least 5 years.
• Very savvy with QuickBooks desktop
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• NC Notary needed
