Job summary

IKEA in Grand Prairie, TX, is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate to support order fulfillment across channels. You will receive inbound goods, ensure accurate inventory, move products to proper locations, and prepare customer orders with attention to speed and accuracy.

The role includes night and weekend shifts, 34-40 hours per week, and a pay range of 19.96–25.45 USD hourly, with a benefits-friendly environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move products to final selling location in storage or on floor.
• Replenish sales space per visual merchandising guidance.

What you'll be doing day to day

Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.

• • Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• • Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• • Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• • Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• • Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• • Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• • Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

The pay range for this role is $19.96 to $25.45

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.96 USD to 25.45 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
