IKEA in Merriam, KS is seeking a Fulfilment & Replenishment Co-Worker for a part-time role in our retail operations. You will support order fulfillment across channels, maintain product availability, and handle inbound goods while contributing to a positive customer experience.

You will move products, replenish shelves, pick customer orders, operate scanners and IT systems, and certify powered equipment like forklifts. A benefits package includes PTO, parental leave, and education assistance.

Qualificações

• 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment preferred.

What you’ll be doing day to day

• Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.


• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.


• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).


• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.


• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.


• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).


• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems


• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

JOB TYPE: Permanent –Part-Time (limited benefits)

HOURS: 12–19 hrs/week (PT) — limited openings for each

SHIFT: Retail Environment; must be able to work nights & weekends.

Department Hours of Operation: 5am-10pm

The pay range for this role is $19.96 to $25.45

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment. Requirements


• Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (up to 50lbs)


• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.96 USD to 25.45 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
