Job summary

IKEA in Charlotte, NC is seeking part‑time warehouse associates to support order fulfillment across channels and maintain product availability. You will receive inbound goods, move products, and ensure shelves and systems stay accurate.

The role requires lifting, standing, and weekend availability, with hourly wages listed between $19.96 and $28.20. Benefits and co‑worker programs are offered to eligible team members.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders across channels with accurate replenishment.

• Handle goods including unloading, transporting, stocking.

• Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.

12 - 19.5 hours per week. Weekend open availability required.

$19.96 - $28.20 / hr
