Job summary

Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is seeking team members to support in-store order fulfillment and inventory control. You will help ensure products are available, moved to the right locations, and prepared for customers across channels.

The role involves handling inbound goods, replenishment, and using scanners and IT systems. A forklift certification is required, and weekend availability is expected. This is a part-time, hourly position in the Charlotte area.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation for multi-channel order fulfillment.
• Ability to contribute to efficient product availability and replenishment processes.
• Capacity to handle goods and maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

Hourly, Part Time. 12 - 19.5 hours per week. Weekend open availability required.

$19.96 - $28.20 / hr.
