Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and perform tasks including picking, packing, receiving product inside the site and with the kitchen if applicable.

You will collaborate with partner drivers and ensure accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment. Responsibilities include maintaining FIFO practices, handling equipment safely, and working across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of shift; lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory against PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Keep the facility clean and organized.
• Handle, scan and move product safely; work with drivers.
