Job summary

Amazon is hiring Learning Trainers to support operations leaders and associates in fulfillment centers. You will lead trainings for 20+ teammates, communicate instructions, motivate teams and uphold safety and quality standards.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and at least 2 years Office experience are required. You must be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand long hours, and work onsite in Sparrows Point, MD.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience

Responsibilities

• Lead trainings and start-of-shift meetings for 20+ associates
• Maintain expert knowledge in at least two production areas and refine learning tools
• Support updating SOPs and SOP certification of associates and managers
