Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years experience in production, warehouse, or leadership roles.
• Preferred Amazon-experience or 2+ years in similar environment.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and train others.

Responsibilities

• Support and motivate team to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Manage operational processes, safety, quality, and performance per guidance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace.
• Provide ongoing training on systems, equipment, and procedures.
• Escalate issues and assist with problem-solving and staffing needs.
• Open/close site and manage access control per procedures.
• Handle diverse items including produce, meat, seafood, and beverages.
• Receive deliveries and coordinate with partners for smooth operations.
• Assist with onboarding and ensure proper product workflows.
