Job summary

Daniel Defense, LLC is seeking an Order Fulfillment Team Leader to guide a manufacturing inventory and fulfillment team. You will drive on-time performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, 6S, and lean methods to optimize daily operations.

You will coach team members, enforce SOPs, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in manufacturing or related field required with 3 years manufacturing exp or equivalent.
• Leadership experience 1–2 years preferred.
• Ability to work with all levels of leadership and staff.
• Strong teamwork, communication and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Review reports to minimize open and late orders and issues.
• Provide training and development to improve Safety, 6S, Quality, Cost & Efficiency.
• Monitor daily metrics and ensure team meets daily goals.
• Ensure shifts start/end on time and track inventory KPIs.
• Implement, audit and use SOPs; update work instructions as needed.
• Participate in EH&S trainings and safety compliance.
• Perform inventory cycle counts in designated areas.
• Provide operational support during short-staffing or vacations.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and drive process improvements.
• Contribute to high integrity and positive work environment.
• Utilize Lean tools to improve processes.
