Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage frontline staff.
• Proficiency with computerized scanning equipment and warehouse software.
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop 25–30 warehouse athletes to meet daily production and quality goals.
• Support onboarding and training of rookie associates for day-one contribution.
• Coordinate with shift managers to align priorities and resources.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment across shifts.
