Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Lead Fulfillment Ops to guide a 25–30 person Athletes team in our fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will direct workflow, support training, and partner with shift managers to hit daily production targets while ensuring accuracy and timely fan orders.

You will apply data and AI-enabled insights to optimize throughput, uphold safety, and model Fanatics' bold, relentless mindset in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Oversee and support a team of 25–30 workers in a warehouse/fulfillment setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for instruction across all levels.
• Multitask and manage priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Proven problem-solving skills to identify barriers and drive resolution.
• Ability to operate scanning equipment and warehouse management PC programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow as assigned by the Shift or Department Manager.
• Provide day-to-day direction, motivation, and accountability to the Athletes team.
• Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met for fans.
• Collaborate with leaders to resolve issues and maintain throughput.
