Qualifications

• Experience supervising a 25–30 person team in a warehouse or fulfillment setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Proven problem-solving ability and initiative to resolve barriers with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 25 lbs, and walk up to 10 miles daily.
• Flexible to work varying schedules, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow as directed by the Shift or Department Manager, maintaining accountability for shift goals.
• Provide day-to-day direction and motivation to Athletes for production targets.
• Support the orientation and training of new hires.
• Ensure daily production and fulfillment output meets shift goals.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues.
• Operate scanning equipment and PC-based programs to track workflow.
