Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a fulfillment associate in Alabama to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders in a safe, organized environment at our Manchester store.

You will use the Orders App, verify orders, answer customer questions, and connect customers with the right associates to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. This role requires basic computer use, familiarity with retail tech, and certification for powered equipment (forklift, orders).

Qualifications

• Six months of computer experience including data input and retrieval.
• Six months using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered equipment certification required (forklift, order picker, reach truck) or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver high quality service by assisting customers and directing them to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certification and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and reports of safety concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business needs.
