Safety is emphasized as you operate powered equipment and maintain certifications. You will support inventory accuracy with the Orders App and SIMS compliance, work with leadership to resolve short picks, and complete audits and locker management tasks

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Reach Truck) or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, maintain SIMS compliance, and partner with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
