Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. seeks a warehouse associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. You will maintain clean, safe staging areas and deliver first-class service by guiding customers to the right associates and high-quality items.

You will operate powered equipment, keep certifications current, and support inventory accuracy using the Orders App. A team-oriented, safety-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer usage experience.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology.
• Powered equipment certification required or must be obtained if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
