Job summary

Lowe's is hiring for a warehouse/fleet support role focused on accurate order fulfillment, customer service, and safety. You will pick, stage, and inspect orders, assist customers, and maintain powered equipment certifications in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, using the Orders App, and participating in audits and locker management while reporting safety concerns promptly. A strong team player with good communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and connecting them with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks, audits, and locker management, reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
