Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Prairie du Chien, WI is seeking a BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to support in-store and direct customer orders. You will fill orders, sort and pack merchandise, inspect products for quality, and help load shipments while maintaining a safe, clean back-room environment.

Requires a high school diploma and 0–2 years experience; able to lift up to 50 pounds; part-time, on-site position with employee discounts and benefits including dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Follow through on order processing up to and including properly closing orders in BOSS system.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fill retail and direct customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching orders.
• Sorts merchandise into order groupings and packs using proper containers for shipment.
• Pulls merchandise from stock locations and moves it to carts or containers for fulfillment.
• Loads shipments to direct customers and retail stores as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the back room; attend mandatory training and orientation.
