Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a warehouse associate in Cudahy, CA to support packing, picking, and shipping of printed materials. You will operate warehouse software, organize stock, and assist with continuous improvement within a busy facility.

The role begins at $16-$17 per hour with a 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM shift, and offers opportunities for overtime, safety training, and career development within a large logistics operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and identify correct parts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of packing procedures and warehouse equipment.
• Able to stock, move, and rotate items per operating instructions.
• Ability to complete stock description, quantity, and labeling forms.
• Experience with packing and shipping processes.
• Willing to flex schedule for production needs, including overtime.
• Able to use a ladder to reach items.

Responsibilities

• Pick or package printed materials or related items for shipment.
• Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Operate computers and warehouse management software.
• Label and organize items; ensure correct shipping information.
• Move materials on pallets and store items securely.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Identify issues and escalate to Leads/management.
• Assist training and development of staff.
• Count and sort product items.
• Load/unload materials onto pallets and trucks.
