Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a warehouse associate to assist with filling and packaging orders in a manufacturing environment. You will help maintain inventory levels and prepare materials for shipment, following detailed packing procedures and labeling protocols.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and meeting daily productivity targets, with responsibilities for loading/unloading, stacking, and organizing pallets and goods for transport.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or warehousing is nice to have.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and identify the correct parts for fulfilling customer orders.
• Basic communication skills (written and/or verbal).
• Basic knowledge of routine packing procedures, techniques, equipment and general warehouse procedures.
• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items under guidance.

Responsibilities

• Pick or package a variety of printed materials or related items using packing procedures.
• Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Place labels on packages and prepare manuals for binder inclusion.
• Load and unload materials onto pallets or shelves and secure with strapping or padding.
• Meet established productivity and quality standards.
