RR Donnelley & Sons in Wisconsin (Cudahy) is seeking a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment, packing, and packaging operations. Starting pay range is $16-$17/hr with a 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM shift. You will pick and package printed materials, assist with inventory, and prepare shipments for dispatch.

The role involves operating warehouse management software, following detailed procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement while ensuring accuracy and safe handling of materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required.
• Must be able to read and interpret job specifications and identify correct parts for fulfilling orders.
• Good oral and written communication skills to explain procedures.
• Basic knowledge of routine packing procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick or package a variety of printed materials or related items according to procedures.
• Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Operate computers and warehouse management software.
• Label packages and ensure shipping information is correct and timely.
• Move and store materials on pallets or in containers and maintain safe storage.
• Meet established productivity and quality standards.
• Identify issues and escalate to supervision.
• Assist with training and development of employees and temporary labor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
