Qualifications

• 6+ months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting data).
• 6+ months of using common retail technology (smart phones, tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required if not yet certified).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6+ months of retail experience preferred.
• 6+ months in customer service or product fulfillment in a home improvement retailer preferred.
• 6+ months in any role involving inspecting, loading, and unloading products.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time. Keep staging areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, maintain SIMS compliance, and work with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Aim for a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
