Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with precision and timeliness.

You will keep staging areas clean, organized and safe while delivering excellent service by guiding customers to items and associates when needed. You will operate and maintain powered equipment, validate orders, support inventory accuracy with the Orders App and SIMS, and complete administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer usage experience.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required (must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to items and associates when needed.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS and collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
