You will operate powered equipment, validate orders, and work with team members to ensure inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology.
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, with safe staging areas.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS; work with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Perform daily duties with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
