Qualifications

6 months of computer experience for data entry and information access.
6 months of experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
Powered equipment certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck).

Responsibilities

Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and connecting them with the right associates.
Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
Complete audits, follow-ups, and locker management while reporting safety concerns.
Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
