Responsibilities include using the Orders App, validating orders, assisting customers, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely deliveries. Training and safety compliance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high-quality items and addressing customer questions.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
