Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Virginia Beach is seeking a fulfillment associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time. You will deliver excellent service by validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.

The role requires basic computer use, forklift and equipment certification, and a focus on safety, inventory accuracy, and teamwork. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.20 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Powered equipment certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck).

Responsabilités

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders and directing customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy with the Orders App and SIMS compliance, resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative and maintenance tasks; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
