Job summary

Accelera Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Specialist to manage inventory, process shipments, and keep operations running efficiently at our Columbus facility. You will handle materials and equipment to help meet delivery timelines and support field operations.

Responsibilities include receiving inbound shipments, order fulfillment, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining inventory records, conducting quality checks, and coordinating transport to vendors and project locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Proficiency operating material handling equipment (forklifts and pallet jacks).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and ensure accurate receipt and documentation.
• Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and staging for distribution.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update digital logs.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment and assist with safety practices.
• Coordinate transport of equipment to vendors and project sites as needed.
