Job summary

Amazon is hiring Process Assistants to support operations in our San Diego fulfillment center. You will perform production duties as needed: pick/pack, receive/stow, ensure inventory accuracy, and assist with unloading/loading trucks.

Lead Process Assistants will also communicate instructions to other associates, motivate them, and keep work areas safe. We offer a dynamic environment with opportunities to contribute to efficient operations, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform production duties such as pick/pack orders, receive and stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks.
• Lead Process Assistants by communicating instructions, motivating teammates, and maintaining safe work areas.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to deliver strong operational results.
• Adhere to safety policies and quality standards throughout the shift.
