Job summary

Amazon is seeking Process Assistants to join our fulfillment centers, performing duties such as pick/pack, receiving and stowing product, inventory control, and loading/unloading trucks. Leads will communicate instructions, motivate staff, and maintain safe work areas while supporting operations leaders and associates to deliver strong results.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pick/pack orders, receive and stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks.
• Lead Process Assistants by communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them, and keeping work areas safe.
