Job summary

Amazon is seeking Process Assistants to support operations within our fulfillment centers. Responsibilities include picking/packing orders, receiving and stowing products, and maintaining accurate inventory, with occasional unloading/loading of trucks.

Leads will communicate instructions, motivate colleagues, and ensure a safe, efficient work area. Candidates should be 18+, prepared for 40-hour weeks with overtime, and comply with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

The Amazon operations team is looking for Process Assistants with a strong record of achieving results to join the expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers. Process Assistants roles include production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. Lead Process Assistants will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them, and keeping their work areas safe.

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
