Job summary

Amazon's Fulfillment Center in Fayetteville, NC is hiring Process Assistants to support operations leaders and associates in delivering strong results. Responsibilities include production duties such as pick/pack, receive/stow, inventory accuracy, and unload/load activities, with lead duties to communicate instructions and motivate teammates while keeping work areas safe.

Candidates must be 18+, able to work 40 hours per week with overtime, lift up to 49 pounds, and work shifts up to 12 hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Process Assistants perform production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks.
• Lead Process Assistants communicate instructions, motivate teammates and maintain a safe work area.
