Job summary

Amazon is seeking Process Assistants to join our fulfillment centers in Little Rock, AR. The role involves production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks; leaders also communicate instructions and motivate teams while keeping work areas safe.

You must be 18+, able to work 40 hours/week with overtime, lift up to 49 pounds, and work shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Responsibilities

• Perform pick/pack orders and receive/stow product.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and unload/load trucks.
• Communicate instructions, motivate teams, and maintain a safe workspace.
