Job summary

Productiv Inc. is seeking a dependable Picker/Packer Associate for our Grapevine fulfillment team. You will ensure accurate picking, proper packing, and timely preparation of orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers 1st and 2nd shifts with a two-week assignment during peak season. Daily schedule is Monday–Friday with start dates in late October. Base pay starts at $16.50 per hour, with a seasonal shift premium for peak period.

Qualifications

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick and package products based on assigned orders
• Verify that all items pulled match order requirements before shipping
• Use RF scanners and/or computer systems to locate products and process orders
• Ensure accurate labeling and preparation of shipments
• Assist in various areas within the department as needed
• Maintain organization and workflow efficiency

Pay Rate:

• 1st shift - $15.25 Base Pay/per hour - Plus an Additional Seasonal Pay of $1.25/per hour
• 2nd shift - $16.25Base Pay/per hour - Plus an Additional Seasonal Pay of $1.25/per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Starting: 10/26/2026

Available shift:

• 1st Shift - 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift - 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM

Please note this is a 2 week assignment only for the end of October and first week of November. (unless told otherwise by supervisor)

Special Rate on Pay due to only being a temporary assignment for peak season.
